Overview

Imagine life is a game in which you’re juggling five balls. They are Work, Family, Health, Friends, and Spirit and you are keeping all of them in the air at the same time. You’ll soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls, family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one, it will be forever scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. You must understand that and take the time to keep all of the balls in good shape. Work efficiently during office hours and leave on time. Give the required time to your family and friends. Take proper rest.

Value has a value only if its value is valued. The CEO of Coca-Cola, Bryon Dyson

Times have changed. But have you kept up? Are you thriving or just getting by? Do you know how to take care of yourself? Are you developing and nurturing healthy relationships? Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, human beings are social by nature. Our connection to a group can have a huge influence on our wellbeing. Group Mentoring is designed to help you discover yourself and clearly define your purpose, meanings and intentions with the support and collaboration of a group of like-minded, aspirational men.Being more self-aware helps you to be aligned with your intentions as an individual, in your relationships and in your professional life. This, in turn, enables you to thrive in a world full of challenges. By developing a stronger sense of yourself, the Group Mentoring programme will help you to align all the elements of your personality that are needed to face your challenges and achieve your aspirations – whatever they may be. Exploring these key ingredients will lead to you going from being a good man to a great man.

Spanning 12 months, the programme provides an opportunity for you to take time out to think about where you are and how you want to move forward in your life. You’ll do so with the guidance and support of Gunter and the other group members.Discover your own league of extraordinary gentlemen and begin your journey of self- awareness here.
