As our day-to-day world gets busier, often the most important person – your partner – can be the hardest to find the time to connect with. Or perhaps you are in the early stages of a relationship and you want to create the greatest opportunity for success with your new partner. This group programme takes you through all the elements that will help you to create the relationship you want with your partner.

To have an aligned relationship that is aspirational and inspirational it is important to understand how two people relate to one another. This programme will guide you in how to develop or introduce an ‘above the line’ relationship, where both parties can treat each other respectfully and productively. A strong relationship is a recipe of compatible beliefs, values and actions and this group programme will help you to identify those.

The programme is presented in three workshops:

  1. Awareness – where we focus on raising individual and group thinking to identify the key issues in being a great partner.
  2. Attachment – which is the key in being able to maintain a healthy, thriving relationship.
  3. Alignment – where we work on bringing what we’ve learned together to fit with the changes in the development of your relationship.

You just have to give your all to the relationship you’re in and do your best to take care of your partner, communicate and give them every last drop of love you have. I think one of the most important things in a relationship is caring for your significant other through good times and bad.
